How to play it

Start slowly and count out loud before adding speed. Keep the fretting hand relaxed and listen for clean note separation. Once the pattern feels steady, loop the riff for one full minute without stopping. This tab is an original Guitar-Land training study designed to teach the style without copying a famous song.

Practice plan

1. Play at half speed for 2 minutes.
2. Isolate the hardest change and repeat it 10 times.
3. Use a metronome at the listed tempo minus 20 BPM.
4. Add 5 BPM only after three clean loops.
5. Record yourself and check timing.

Common mistakes

Rushing the beat is the most common mistake. Keep the picking hand relaxed, mute unused strings, and do not increase speed until the riff feels controlled. For distorted tones, use less gain than you think and focus on clean muting.
